hello

I am from Oklahoma and I have never made a quilt before . I just started learning how to sew and would love to learn how to make quilts for my grandkids

Hi and welcome. I very new at quilting too. You will find that the quilters that are on this site are extremly helpful and a very nice bunch of people. Sometimes I spend more time reading the questions and answers than quilting.

Welcome from northern California! There are lots of friendly, experienced quilters here who are willing and able to answer questions, so you have come to the right place! I'm sure that you will enjoy making quilts for your grandchildren!

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. If your local quilt shop has beginner course, that is a good place to start. There are great resources on the net and a good spot is The Missouri Star quilt co. on youtube.
