Hi,
I'm Cathy and started learning about piecing and quilting this past summer in Colorado. I've made a couple of table toppers, a wall hanging, finished piecing a sampler quilt, and like all good quilters, I have a "stash" and a line of projects to do. I find it an enjoyable hobby to take up as I transition into retirement. Hope to learn from the rest of you. Happy New Year!

welcome from Maine - Are you doing the BOM (houses)? Your bird house would fit in nicely.

How fun to have replies from several so quickly. The birdhouse was one block in the sampler quilt top I just finished from a class I took (my avatar pic). Now, I'm trying to decide whether to hand quilt it or machine quilt it.
