I have been addicted to this site for weeks now, and am finally getting around to telling you a little about myself.

I was born and raised in Idaho, near Boise. We moved to Virginia (near Richmond) about 2.5 years ago. I have been crafting for most of my life, and quilting for about 3 years.

Inspired by fellow crafters here, I have now set up my own Etsy account. Please check it out and tell me what you think! It is:
http://CraftsbyChristie.etsy.com

My inventory right now is VERY limited, but I have more items finished that I will be listing soon, and MANY more projects coming soon.

Welcome to the board. You've been busy! Nice work! Hope that goes well for you. Do you just sell what is pictured or do you use what's pictured to take orders? Not sure how that works.

Thanks, Pam! As far as the sales go, the plan is to sell what is listed, but I am happy to take special orders, too. Of course, I have yet to make a sale on Etsy, but I am trying not to stress about it.

I have given my stuff away for so many years that it seems strange trying to sell it! LOL

It is no nice to meet you!! I am loving this place myself. Today marks two weeks for me and I'm addicted to no end!!

I've been hearing people talk about this Etsy place and had no idea what it was. Thank you your website. Your work is beautiful! I am in the process myself of working on my inventory that I had planned to sell and auction off Ebay. I will have to do my research on this Etsy site and see whats the hype there. Is it a new place? I hope to start selling my piece by Summer/Fall.

Welcome aboard!

Cheers
Andrea

Cnolan

Welcome to the board. It's a nice place to visit. I already feel close to you because I'm from Post Falls, Idaho. I lived in Coeur d' Alene for a while when I had little kids. I lived in Ashland, Ohio for over 12 years and went back to Idaho. Now I've been in Colorado for about 18 years. Bout time to go back to Idaho. I miss it up there except for the winter weather.

Hope you meet everyone. Happy quilting..

Quilting Aggy

I looked at E tsy. It is almost the same as eBay with a lot less tiems in there. I saw a lot of kids and baby clothes and a few shorts and men's undies. Who would sell them??? Not me....

I might try selling some shorts and jeans I have on eBay. Have to finish checking it out. I think I'm gonna order a skirt pattern there for $2.00.
