Default Hello from West Virginia

Hello, I'm new to this site and new to quilting. Matter of fact, I haven't even bought my machine yet. I'm really looking forward to learning to quilt and hope to get a lot of advice and ideas from everyone here.

Welcome from Newnan Ga. You know that quilting can become addictive? Love to quilt myself and don't want to do anything else. Lots of great advice on this board.

Howdy from Texas & welcome to this site. You can find a lot of tutorials online that will help you get started. All you need is a machine, self healing cutting mat, rotary cutter, ruler & a few normal sewing supplies like pins, scissors, thread, etc. Ask as many questions as you can think of & there will always been someone here to help you. I would suggest you start with something small just to get the "feel" of things. Maybe something like a pot holder or table runner would be nice.
