Hey hey from Oklahoma!
Hey all! I'm new to the boards, to quilting, and well.. pretty new to sewing! I just graduated college, so I now have time for hobbies again. 
Hooray! I can't wait to get into quilting. I'm currently shopping for the first sewing machine I'll get to call my own! If anybody has any suggestions on where to buy or take classes in the Oklahoma City (Norman) area, I'm all ears! Anyway, looking forward to talking with you all and learning as much as possible. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute some advice eventually.

Hi from S OKC ! You'll love this board ! On the shops...there is Patchwork Place in Norman, OK Quiltworks on Britton Rd & N Penn (OKC) , The Savage Quilter on N May and (a fave) Prairie Quilt in Hennesey, OK. Welcome to our board !

Hello, welcome neighbor in Norman. The Stitching Post in Moore offers free classes when u purchase machine from them. B Sew-In on 240 offers classes not sure the cost but they also offer free classes with purchase of machine.
