Question Hi all! Help needed for Mega Quilter

Hi! My name is Jean, and I just purchased a used Husqvarna mega quilter with Next Gen II frame. I'm so excited to get started with frame quilting and practiced a bit last nite. Tonight the thread broke and I needed to rethread the machine. For whatever reason, the automatic threader, which worked fine last night, didn't want to work tonight. I thought I needed to move the needle, so I touched the needle up/down button, and the threader mechanism fell off! I put it back on the post, but unfortunately, backwards! Now, I can't get the darn thing off, so I can't get it installed properly. Is there a trick to getting the threader off? I tried the up/down button a couple times, but now it doesn't knock the mechanism off (go figure!). Please, please help!!! I'm an absolute newby at this so will appreciate any advise you can give. Thanks!!
Jean

Hi from Ohio! Sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but maybe you can google for the manuel or call the company for how to do it. Or try U-tube also.

Hello Jean!
Welcome from Minnesota!
Hopefully, you can call a Husqvarna dealership to find out how to fix it!
Lots of luck!
