Hi everyone, I love your message board, everyone is so clever. I have recently done a beginners course and the main trouble I have is making the time to sew. I have a wonderful husband and 2 great kids that keep me busy. The next project I would like to tackle is a photo/memory quilt for my mother in law's 80th Birthday next year. Looking forward to learning and being inspired by all of you.

Welcome from Oregon. You'll find lots of help & ideas here. Share your memory quilt when you get it finished as we love to see other quilters work. :D

Welcome and Hafa Adai from Guam!
Canberra is a WONDERFUL place!
Stayed with some friends there on their sheep farm for a few days and went and visited Parliment. Had an awesome time and hoping to get back there soon!

Jump in and enjoy the fun!

Hi Woody and welcome from upstate NY.

LOVE your avatar! Did you have that parrot visit your birdbath? How cool is that?

I agree it is so difficult finding the time to sew... Well at least as much time as I would prefer to spend doing it. Sometimes I get so into it I don't cook any dinner but I can get away with doing that as it is just DH and me, no kids to worry about. Besides we can both stand to skip a few meals now and then if you get my drift  Hmmm, that may just be the excuse I need
