Hi Quliting folks,
My name is Brenda, I currently reside in Eagar, Arizona, which is part of the beautiful white mountains.
I love crafts, and have taught myself quite a few. Ever since I was small, I watched my grandmother knitting, crocheting, tatting, to name a few. As I got old enough to understand, she taught me my first basic crochet stitches... from there I advanced and taught myself all the ones that are currently available. From there I branched out to cross stitching and after having mastered that I moved on to quilting. I love old, antique looking things. I do some collecting too. However, I find quilts are just so beautiful and costly. Since I am now retired I decided to take up this new hobby.
I saw a puff quilt that I fell in love with, so I went out and purchased enough material to make the blocks and put it together. I loved it!! Of course I have no lessons and honestly I don't like sewing, but, this new hobby has me hooked.
I will make a post to show my beggings.
