Living in Switzerland where there aren't many quilters around, I'm very happy to join this forum where I can share my - albeit fairly new - passion with you guys! I've only started quilting this year, so I'm not the most experienced quilter. But I love to figure out how a design I saw can be realised or come up with new designs and ideas.

Welcome from the Sho-Me State - Missouri - USA. My husband's ancestors are from Switzerland and his sister actually went to Switzerland to look up some of their history, etc. Then my daughter had a foreign exchange student from Switzerland and they still keep in touch and my daughter wants to go and visit her. If you have been a garment sewer, then you will do fine following directions for a quilt.
