Kind of laughing at myself. Don't know much to say about myself. Have been following this site and have enjoyed it very much. Guess I'm a self taught quilter, never had the time when the family was younger and I could retain lessons. Now that I'm older and wiser lol, have kindof come up with my own way. Made quilts for two of my sons when they went into the military, made four wedding quilts for our children. Then when the grandkids came of course they all had to have a quilt from granny. One of my most special quilts wa a prayer quilt for Mom when she was 94 and she is still with us. Thanks for letting me tell my story. :-) :-)

Will be travelin to Il in a few weeks for Mom's bday a wedding and a memorial for my brother-in-law. Before or after we hope to get to Mn to see our son and family if they can't make the memorial. Have all our fingers and toes crossed that the weather holds, coming in from Az in our travel trailor.. with our boxer lol used to think, keep it simple. Now I think" How we going to do this...God please help us"
