Hi, I'm LaRue and I'm a Newbie to Quilting!

Hi everyone! I'm LaRue and I'm a beginner quilter. I've messed around a little with my old, inexpensive sewing machine and made a few potholders and a patchwork blanket. I'm really wanting to get more into quilting and thought this board would help. I really look forward to all the information I receive here.

Welcome from Illinois. No fancy machines are required to have fun with quilting projects. You can find help here with everything from hand quilting to long arm quilting. Find your comfort level and have fun.
