Welcome from southeastern PA. Quilting is definitely therapeutic and calming on the nerves, that is untill the seam ripper has to come out.

Hi Carrie, and welcome from Texas!
I didn't have the thought of hooking your bike to a treadle machine, but I kinda like the idea...

Welcome to the board, Carrie. Look at all the time you have that you don't have to answer to anyone you don't want to. I was divorced for 29 years before I remarried. We pretty much do our own thing and our thing together. I did a lot of crafts and first husband thought they were playing. He didn't know I was making money on the side to form a nest egg. This one likes to do crafts and sews. He knows it's a creative way to unwind. He likes sewing and woodworking. One usually does need an outlet. With riding you will certainly get fresh air inspiration. Good luck on your new venture and just happy quilting and be positive. you will make many friends on this board. Some may live closer to you than you think. Just ask. Welcome to the board again, from Corpus Christi, Tx.
