Hello all!!! I am very new to quilting, and I am in love. I live in a small town close to the TX/OK border and the mother of two teenage girls (16/13). I am married to my highschool sweetheart for 17 years. I am excited about all the knowledge on this board about fabrics, patterns etc.
I look forward to getting to know you all. I think all the exchange programs are so neat and hope to be brave enough to join one someday.

My daughter and I made the pattern. It was a math project for her. The block is made of four smaller blocks made of 3.5x5.5 rectangles. We arranged the small blocks so that the blue, pink or green was in the center of the completed large block, then arranged the rows to the color blue, green or pink went diagonally across the quilt. I am sure you can tweek the small block size to whatever size you wanted. It was easy and went really quick. It was alot of fun and she really enjoyed looking for her fabric.
