Hi from Wisconsin
Hi, Pamela from Wisconsin here. I haven't finished many quilts, but have several tops and UFO's.
My sister got me into quilting over 19 years ago, when my son was born 14 weeks early and I needed a way to cope with the stress. That was a different life, and a long story in between. I don't find a lot of time to quilt, but enjoy it very much when I do. Also, I have begun to pick up the occasional old quilt. well, I have two. one with all individually sewn trangles each sewn together after they were quilted, and a top that i just purchased from a woman in town. Her mother made the top in the late 40's possibly 1950. Each pannel is needlepoint in the shape of a V with flowers, and some say liberty, and freedom. Guessing it was a victory quilt after world war 2. pink and blue solids that look like 30's colors. No pics yet, but soon i hope

I hope so!
What I really want is to find a small group of quilters who can meet in the mornings. I work second shift. Nothing formal with dues n such, just quilt and talk and encourage
