Hullo! I'm from Devonshire, England and just signed up! I don't quilt much yet, just smallish things, and I saw an amazing tip about using flannel rather than poly Batting. How brilliant is that? It made immediate sense to me.
Anyway, looking forward to much help with these smallish quilting jobs!!

Welcome from Louisiana, normally hot and steamy, but having a bit of a cold spell right now.

YouTube is another GREAT quilting resource. If it's a question of "preference", this board is great with giving you their opinions and why. I have learned so much here and have seen so many beautiful quilts. It is an inspiring place to be.
