This looks like an awesome site...I've already spent several hours reading the posts...might become my new hang-out on the computer instead of playing spider solitaire!

I sew for craft fairs, primarily for a hospital with a good amount of proceeds going to them. It feels good to be able to donate to them, and I get a lot of positive feedback with my products. People call me "the apron lady," thus I've adopted the name.

Thank you for the welcome, Granky! You're a most positive lady thinking I will be the quilt lady. I have the patience of a flea, so this might be a stretch! I actually have a couple of trash bags full of scraps to part with...I suspect a quilter's heaven, but not so much to me, the sewer!
