Hi everyone,
I have been a subscriber to the quilting newsletter for a while. I have enjoyed reading the threads and have learned so much from all of you. I am single and have one son who is an Air Traffic Controller in the US Navy and one granddaughter who is 9 years old. I work at the University of the Virgin Islands and am a member of the St. Croix Hiking Association, I quilt and am also learning to crochet and knit. Many years ago I used to do embroidery. I was anxious to join the black/white swap but was on vacation in Florida at the time.
When I got back and saw the blue/yellow and the Dear Jane swaps I just knew that action on my part was necessary. I love quilting and you all have inspired me so much. I look forward to making the quilting board my home away from home. You guys are the "bomb"
