Hello I'm a newbie from the East Coast of England. I'm a card maker but find it hard to sell my cards,
so I'm going to put all my card stash away and bring out the sewing machine,but first Im going to have a good read.

Hello from Washington, DC...I have been quilting for 20+ years and before that I taught reproduction porcelain dolls. I am assisted by Foxy, my long-haired chihuahua and Bear, my pom. They are great at pulling out fabric for me to see when its design time. My granddaughter, Camille, helps with designing appliques,at age 10, she does a great job at simplifying flowers, animals, etc.

welcome to the friends of quilting they have alot of good info I read alot do more reading then i do asking I will ask when I start to get my room set up right now I have no room to sew plus my husband has been sick for a while now and my job and him are taking up most of my time. So hoping to get back into sewing asap. Miss it bad.
