I might add that once you sew all the top, batting, and backing together. You turn it inside out (looks like baby coming out during birth all wadded up) you then tie the quilt together to hold the quilt together. It's a quick method for some to get quilts made for charities. Our local quilt shop does it twice a year to donate to homeless shelters, etc.
