My wonderful hubby has bought me several new machines in the past 21 years. And they don't last long or I just plain don't like them.Last week he bought me an old vintage kenmore ziz zag model 85 or the 158.850.It came with stitch cams!!! I just love it! I think it might even sew thru a brick.LOL But it only has the standard foot.I have been told the older machines regardless of brand all used the same feet.I was wondering if anyone can give me the facts on this subject. And does anyone have any info on this machine.Thankyou in advance for your help.Mary dent

If your presser feet snap on I think you can use any feet, but I just did a search and found some feet for Kenmore machines on ebay. Have fun looking.

Hi again Mary, maybe you could take a picture of your presser foot and someone one here could tell you if it's a low or high shank presser foot. I don't know how to tell if it's vertical or horizontal, but someone may be able to tell you that as well.

Good luck.
