Hi, I'm Jane. I'm looking for an old umbrella girl pattern. My grandma had one and my kids throw it out when I was in the hosiptal. I would love have this pattern again. but as I look I'm thinking she made her own pattern, and there is't one like hers.

Hello June and welcome from Ohio!
Have you done a google search for umbrella girl? I would also look for Sunbonnet Sue, as there are many adaptations to the original pattern. Also check out your local library.
I'm so sorry your kids did that to you. I've had people throw my things out as well. They think they are doing you a favor but it's not right. If they truly wanted to help you that would be done with you helping them decide what is important or not.
Also you can make your own pattern as well. Maybe just getting a book about Sunbonnet Sue will get you started in the right direction.
I hope that you're feeling better and are recovered from your hospital stay.
Again, welcome to QB.
