Hi from Michigan, I'm new to the forum and kinda new to quilting. I have gotten a lot of good info from all of you. I would like to know how to label my quilts. AN EASY WAY Cresha I really liked the quilt you made for your grandson. Did you use a stensil to write your lable, it was great! Thanks all, Lanie

Welcome from Southern California. I use the embroidery unit on my machine to make my labels. Others will run them thru their computer and print them up all nice and neat. I used to use Pigma Pens to write them out. I will incorporate an extra block from the front or extra pieces of the quilt fabrics around the Muslin or fabric that I "printed" on

Hi Lanie from Southeast Ohio
I use a pigma pen usually if you don't have an emoidery machine then you can always do it by hand.
Put your name, date, to whom, and anything else YOU want.
Then sew to the back of the Quilt.
Good luck and happy you joined.
