    I am sorry about your disability, but I can relate about cutting, but mine is due to severe arthritis. Cutting is one of the most difficult parts of quilting for me. Perhaps you might be able to get a Go Baby or perhaps one of the large slotted rulers. I find it much more convenient for me as I can lay my fore arm on the ruler and use the other hand to hold the cutter. Anyway, welcome to the board from the friendly State of Alabama.

    Warning! If someone comes to your door telling you they are from the government and they're checking to see how bad the ticks are in your area, and then tell you to take off your clothes and dance around so they can check for ticks....
