Hi everyone! This site was recommended to me by a very good friend. I am so looking forward to learning more from all of you!
I have been quilting for about 2-3 years. I enjoy handquilting but there really isn't anything about quilting that I don't enjoy. I also love gardening, reading, traveling and golfing. I have recently become the proud owner of a featherweight machine that was manufactured on my EXACT birthdate!!!! I am a retired school secretary.
I have been married 40 years and am the proud Nana of two great little grandkids!

Welcome Nana! I agree that the Featherweight being made on your Bday was just an Omen. Happy that you have her & I hope you will make some fabulous quilts with her. I have just started looking at them. They are so so cute! Good to see another handquilter. It is so relaxing. Nice to have you here.
