I thought I'd registered a long time ago but discovered I had not! I've been making bed covers for years but not quilts. I used whatever fabric I had leftover from garment construction to make blankets for the beds. Now I am ready to make the real deal. I am really looking forward to the chat on Saturday. I hope to learn....

I have been a quilter for about 10 years now but have recently been watching the message board and learning that I am a real newby to quilting compared to some of you. I hope that I can learn from some of the quilters who have had some time to walk thru the areas I am just now venturing into.

You are never alone when it comes to quilting is a saying I've heard from all my quilting friends. I am new to this type of sewing but not to the wonderful things I've heard about quilting. Welcome.
