I just started quilting in November. I thing I'm already addicted to buying fabric and especially fat quarters. This long cold winter allowed me to do alot of quilting but hope Spring is just around the corner.

welcome from Central Illinois. You'll get addicted to this site too. I got addicted to fats for awhile and now have over 8 drawers full. As your addiction to fabric progresses you'll find yourself buying 1/2 yds, then 1 yd pieces and when you hit 2 and up the sky's the limit.
Don't worry, there are people on this board that will help and encourage you every step of the way.

So nice to get so many replys. I can't wait to start another project with fatquarters I bought yesterday. I am going to go babysit granddaughters so may try hand quilting while there.
