hi...a friend is teaching me machine quilting, and i'm here looking for ideas / inspiration / tips & tricks !
went to the quilt expo in madison...and wow i guess i was really surprised at the incredible amount of diversity in patterns, quilting, etc...not just a 'grandma thing' for your bed anymore made of god awful floral prints!!

ive been quilting for 5 months now and created 3 quilts start to finish... TOTALLY into the scrappy kinds!
