    I am new at this. I would like easy patterns for boys and girls. I want to make quilts for my ggrandchildren.

    Hi and welcome to the board from Southern California! There are several on-line quiting sites (besides this board) that post free patterns you can download and print. One in particular that frequently has beginner-friendly patterns is by Janet Wickell-I will get the site and post it in a min.
