    Welcome! I'm new to quilting (and this board), too. People here are at all levels of quilting. I took a short class and am now trying to hand-piece a sampler quilt.

    I see all kinds of quilts in your future - more than one memento quilt, quilts for the kids, etc. Looking forward to seeing your pictures!

    Welcome from Colorado! My first quilt was a king size log cabin quilt. It was so fun I made several more immediately after. It's the kind of quilt that doesn't keep you doing one thing for a long time, you sew a little, cut a little, iron a little and sew some more. :)
