Hi! I've been reading this board for a few months now as a quilter wannabe. You guys have convinced me ...I'm taking a class beginning this Wednesday!! I do sew a little already, and have even tried to quilt once or twice, but I'm the type that iniatially learns by watching and doing, so this should be much better than the self taught method!! I'm really excited to get started. I know I can count on you guys for tons of encouragement and help. I'm looking forward to a new hobby and lots of new friends !!!!

Hi ya! I was the same way - before I picked up a needle, I read as much as I could about quilting! Then a class... and now so many ideas, but so little time :cry: :D :) You'll like it here - everyone is welcoming, open, and very supportive!
