Hi, I'm from AZ and I just joined. I've been quilting for over 20 years and still consider myself a novice. I'm enjoying it now that I'm older. Recently I've found that I want to learn so much more and do so many more quilts but like most people my work interfers with my quilting. At the moment I'm working on an English Paper Piecing and a Fun and Done. My English Paper Piecing is almost done (fits the top of a full size bed) so I'm looking for something I can take with me so am considering applique. Hope to meet a lot of new people. Welcome to our family. You have come to the right place. Everyone here is very talented and friendly. Like you work also gets in the way of my quilting. I'm just starting out but there are so many quilts that I have in my head to make and just not enough time. What is a Fun and Done? I have never heard of that. Please share pics we all love to see the talent of others.

Fun & Done are 9 1/2 in. blocks that you quilt the back to the top as you sew your blocks together. It's great. You can do a twin size quilt in a weekend easily. One of these days I'll post my pictures but I'd rather quilt than post pictures.
