Hi ya'll. greetings from Georgia. God has blessed us with snowman making kits. We get to decorate them however we want too, but he provided all the snow we need.
I am fairly new to quilting, but absolutely love it. The school that my daughter goes too all the kids are drawing on a 7" block. The middle school kids are all doing Gregory from Diary of a Whimpy Kid. Each of the other grades are doing something related to a book. The blocks are absolutely adorable. The only problem that we are having is finding parents to help us get all 40 quilts done. If any one knows of a group that is willing to help it would be greatly appreciated. The finished quilts will goto the Childrens Medical Center, Ronald McDonald House, Wounded Warriors, and the Fisher House. Our school is located on Fort Gordon, and only children that live on post are allowed to attend this school. So all of these children are military dependents. It is a very rewarding project to be involved in.

We are basically in Augusta. We need help in the quilting. I believe that we could probably get the tops done, but the quilting of them all is gonna get me. I am basically the only one who knows how to sew.

Thanks. My husband and I were just talking about how much we missed Germany last night. We were stationed in Germany in 2000. Loved every moment we were there. Unfortunately, we weren't there nearly long enough.
