It occurred to me I should maybe add in an introduction. I have been reading the message boards and admiring pictures for quite some time. I finally joined up so I could post too!
I'm a wife to a farming husband, mother to 3 grown sons and Grandma to a little 6 yr. old girl who lights up my life. I work part time as a registered nurse in a dialysis unit near home. I'm a fairly busy person, as most of us are, and do enjoy the time spent with my sewing machine, fabric, knitting needles and fibre. I also like my electronic and computerized "toys".
It's a great thing to have places like this available to learn and share and I hope I can make a decent contribution. Thanks to all who work so hard to help the rest of us!
