I am new to this site and also to quilting. Just getting ready to make my first quilt as a wedding gift for my nephew. My mother use to make all of the grandchildren quilts and she passed away a year and a half ago. I am trying to take her place and venture out into this task. It will be an awesome surprise for my nephew, but it will be a big challenge for me. While browsing through this site, I read that there are experienced quilters who will adopt and mentor you. Does anyone know how I can sign up for that? Wish me luck! Tootie
