Welcome to the board. There is absolutely no law that states to be a quilter, you must be female. There are plenty of male quilters out there and there's a number of them on this board, they do beautiful work also, just like the females.

You'd be surprised at the men in quilting: Ricky Tims, Kaffe Fasset, John Flynn, Thomas Knauer, Phil Beaver and Michael A. Cummings -- to name but a few. Quilting is an art form, and I think
that's why men are attracted to it. I'm sure you have your own reasons.
Anyway, Welcome to the Quilting Board. You're going to like it here. We are always thrilled to have new members, men or women.

Welcome to the QB! My DH helps me by getting material here and there. If the guys aren't quilting they're helping one way or another. everything you need to know you will find it on this board.
