Hi my name is Jane..I dabble in quilting..I got a bright idea to make a memory quilt with my grandaughters 5 and 7 . the 5 yr. old calls it the " I'll remember you when your dead quilt ".My husband took a pic.of us working together at the sew.machine..we printed it out on the fabric squares made for that, and want it in the center ..I want them to keep this quilt for years to come..it will need washed at times...How can I set the ink to stop it from running or fading...Thank you for your help..Jane

There are lots of photo fabric paper that you can get at Joann's or any other local quilt shop. Call them first. Or you can go on line. Google Fabric Photo Paper. Make sure it states washble. I buy mine at a shop around 45 min from me so I wait until I need a bunch but it costs about $4 a sheet if you buy it single pages. You can also check Computer Paper Fabric. Some of these state Dry Clean Only. You just have to read the fine print.
