I worry that I will pass this on to my children, I feel I do very well with the disease, but it would kill me to see my children suffer, so I really feel for you. But, your daughter is fortunate that they are learning new things all the time about RA, and I think that in the very near future they will have medicine that will control the disease. I use those gloves that have no finger tips in them. I also use a lotion with Capsaicin in it for the pain. Doing dishes by hand in HOT water before sewing also helps.

Thank you for the welcome and the helpful tips! It is funny, I never dreamed that there would be a day that I would volunteer to do dishes, but that hot water feels really good doesn't it?
