I have left quilt group meetings with masking tape pieces stuck to my shirt and not noticed til after I got home or even later

Well, I think this is the perfect hobby. I have been a sewer all my life and always enjoyed it, but quilting turned into a passion very quickly. It sparks creativity, and keeps my mind jumping with ideas for new projects. Have fun, hope you find this is the perfect hobby, too.
