Grandma again

Hi from Minnesota. I've been reading this site for awhile so I finally decided to join. Lots of great ideas and support. Since I started quilting I'm going to be a grandma again. Never sewed for babies. Is there anything special I need to know-fabric care-type of fabric or what.

Welcome from NC! I'd think everything would just need to be washed with nothing loose they could put in their mouths.
