Hi all! I'm brand new to this forum and still pretty new to quilting. I'm from Northern Ireland, not too far from the capital, Belfast. I'm currently in the final stages of completing a PhD so sewing time is downtime! Hoping to get some great ideas and advice from the forum - I'm sure I will!

A few years ago i picked up a magazine- called Irish Quilting- it is one of my favorite magazines- i've made many projects from it, learned lots & was inspired. It is one of those places I've wanted to visit...hubby says yes to visiting also...only problem is- a few years ago we decided we didn't want to fly anymore---too expensive for being treated so poorly --- then with all the recent cruise ship (stuff) he says....you won't be getting me on a cruise ship!...so, that leaves...(Swimming???) ;) anyhow....Welcome!
