My name is Becky and I've been making quilts for several years now. I especially like making quilts that tell a story. My dear quilt friend describes me as a scrap quilter and she is 100% correct. I love making memories with my quilts. Each of my 4 granddaughters have a "sunbonnet sue" quilt that their Mimi made for them for their 1st birthday! "Sue" is another favorite of mine.
Honestly, I'm not crazy about following a specific pattern. I like adapting them to whatever creative juices are flowing through my mind at the time. Guess I'm just a crazy, scrappy, motorcycle riding Mimi quilter. :P
