Hello from South Carolina
 

Hey everyone,

I'm a returning quilter (took lessons eons ago) and I just pieced my first current project after an almost 3 decade hiatus, a simple 9 patch wall hanging.

I am an empty-nester, married to my wonderful husband for 33 years, and I live on a farm. I'm a master gardener and do volunteer work in the community, I love to knit and cook, and I was a personal chef. I practice yoga religiously and I really enjoy travel, reading, entertaining, time with family and friends, and my dogs, cats, and horses.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and making some new projects.

Great time in life to revisit this wonderful craft (or art!). We visited a small portion of your state (the Charleston area) this spring and we loved in.

We love Charleston! It's only about 3 hours from me. Great food, beautiful architecture, fascinating history, and friendly people. :-)
