Hello from sunny Florida

I have sewn since I was young, but not for many years before taking up quilting in 2011 when I retired. Was blown away by all the new tools and tricks that make it so much easier than so long ago! I recently tried to recall the number of projects I completed in the last year and a half and concluded they exceeded 30. Quilting taps into my love of art and color. This year I am looking to further improve my skills, so I am exploring online and so happy to have found Quilting Board!

Welcome from another Floridian...actually LIVE in N MI but spend winters down here. I think I remember reading something from someone in the Ft. Myers area who either has a guild, or gets together with others...anyone know her? Is it YOU? We have a small guild and would enjoy meeting others. Thanks.....and, keep this sun shining!!
