Good Morning! I've been reading this board for a few weeks, and already feel connected to all my new "friends"! My dream has always been to make at least one quilt before I die, and at 50-something, I finally did it. Actually, it's more like a wall hanging than an actual quilt!! I have fond memories of my grandmother making rag quilts on an old Singer treadle machine. Anyway, now I'm hooked, and hate it when I have to leave my quilting time to go to work every day. All of you quilters in Iowa, give my love to my 2 beautiful granddaughters in Waterloo!

Welcome to the quilting world. But let me warn you, it's not a hobby, it's not a past time, it's an addiction! So prepare youself for it! It will consume you as a whole! Welcome!
