hoosierinTexas
I am originally from Indiana but have lived in Texas for the last 28 years. I have been sewing and quilting since I was 8 years old. I recently graduated from UT but got diagnosed with breast cancer this past June. I am finishing my last treatment of chemotherapy. I want to make a landscape quilt for the brick wall just outside my front door with maybe 3 smaller quilts hanging in front. I would love suggestions on what to use to make the quilts (canvas/oilcloth?) and how to protect them from the sun and rain. I look forward to any ideas to help me with this project. I hope my energy returns soon so I can try them out.
