Hi I am new to quilting also. Have done a lot of rag quilts and am doing my first flying geese one now. I am looking for a McCall's Quick Quilt pattern from March 2005 issue called New Years Garden. It was just featured in a current issue but the pattern no longer available.
We travel in an RV a lot and so I embroider pieces that I am hoping to incorporate into quilts or do applique sqares as we travel. Love Berlin Ohio and Shipsawana for fabrics as well as PA amish areas. Soooo many projects started. |

Go to this website and you can order the McCalls March 2005 magazine. You have to scroll down quite a bit to find it but it's only $5.99

Welcome from Illinois. I'm not far from the Amish settlement in Arthur and Arcola Illinois. Lancaster County is where Wanda Brunstetter bases a lot of her books.
