I am not a quilter but I have really been enjoying reading the postings. I do make handbags and I quilt the fabric. I read in one posting about buying blades from Harbor Freight Tools and I did that today. Boy, was the price better. I am a retired schoolteacher and I enjoy all kinds of crafts. My birthday is October 4, 1932. I am married and have two children. I have a friend who is an avid quilter and she has helped me piece two quilts so far. I am afraid I had them machine quilted commercially. I live in Tennessee and love the mountains.
