My name is Lorna and I am from upstate western NY State, not far from shores of Lake Ontario, just a few miles north of the city of Rochester. I like to sew with my friends for myself and for charities. I belong to the local quilt guild which meets first Thursday of each month. I have many things started and many waiting to be started. I seem to be able to get more done when I am in the company of others who are sewing. It inspires me more than when I am alone. I have many ideas and an overload of stash. I am getting better at finishing now than I was a few yrs ago when I first began quilting. So much fun and not enough time.
