I am new to quilting. Well, I have made one quilt but it was 39 years ago when I was first married. It was a simple baby quilt that was made of simple blocks that I embrodiered with pictures of baby animals. My husband died in 2009 after a long time of being disabled and needing alot of care for the past twenty years. I now find myself with time on my hands and have decided to learn how to quilt. I have quite a stash of material as I have sewed since I was a little girl making doll clothes, as well as making most of my own clothes. I am happy to have found this group and look forward to learning how to quilt from you.
