HI, click on their username & then when you get their profile up, click on send & you will have a message dialog box, type your message & when your done, click send. That's how you contact someone.
if you want to send someone something in the mail, just pm (private message) that person & get their address. If they want scraps, just fill up the envelope of how much you are willing to send.
